PRODUCT INFORMATION
Calm waters is our amazing Colombian decaf offering sourced from Cofinet. This particular lot is from Popayán which is located in the department of Cauca at 1,700 m.a.s.l. This regions topography is perfect to grow exceptional coffee. The so-called Meseta de Popayan is sheltered by the Andes mountain range which helps generate homogeneous climatic and altitudinal characteristics.
Best enjoyed as: Espresso and milky coffees
Very good as: French Press and Aeropress
Please note that our decaf coffee may seem a lot darker in colour compared to our other coffees however this isn’t indicative of actual roast level. The darker colour is due to the decaffeination process and is roasted to the same development as our house espressos.
