Our Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact us at hello@seadogcoffee.co.uk to start the return process. If accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using tracked shipping with insurance since we cannot refund lost items.
For damaged or wrong items, contact us right away upon receipt so we can resolve the issue. hello@seadogcoffee.co.uk
Note that opened coffee bags cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, but it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
